November brings us a lofty full moon, named after the diligent and productive beaver. These remarkable creatures are a perfect display of what determination paired with hard work can manifest. True architects of nature, it is at this time of year that beavers are peaking in their productivity as they make their final touches on their lodges for the coming winter. These little busybodies are active year-round, even beneath the surface of the frozen water. Since beavers fur is weatherproof and resilient, it was highly sought after. Being so active during this month was an ideal time for Native Americans to observe and trap them, hence the namesake moon. In honor of the eager beaver, set your sights on what you'd like to accomplish; as the beaver shows us, we are the architects of our own lives.
