This is a staple in my household! Anytime one of us is sick or coming down with a cold I run them (or myself!) a hot bath or use a facial steam. My daughter also plays lacrosse and soaks in this to soothe her sore muscles. We all love it! I’ve tried other me this Baths, but this one is the best and very pure. Love!
