How to Use

For a Bath:
Add 3–4 scoops to warm bath water. Soak, breathe deeply, and relax.

For a Facial Steam — Breathe Easy only:
Add 1–2 scoops of Breathe Easy Bath Salt to 2–3 cups of hot water in a bowl. Carefully place your face over the bowl, drape a towel over your head to hold in the steam, and breathe gently for 10–15 minutes.

Use caution with hot water and steam. Keep away from eyes. For external use only.
